“If a window of opportunity appears, don’t pull down the shade” —Tom Peters.
We love windows of opportunities. Why? They’re smaller, hard to go through, and not as popular as doors, but the benefits on the other side are HUGE.
In 2018, we found a window.
It looked like an opportunity. An opportunity that could only be seen from above. The path to get there was full of obstacles, full of challenges, & full of unknowns. This opportunity presented with more questions than answers, more ‘what-ifs’, and more ‘doubts’…
But we didn’t pull the shade.
We climbed through that window and explored this opportunity, we faced all the above, haven’t quit, and refuse to give up. This opportunity has taught us many things, things we might not otherwise have known, and given us a life we’ll look back at & smile.
2020’s window doesn’t have a shade to pull.
Maybe that’s a good thing? Maybe there’s an opportunity out there for you, for your family, for your business, and for your life? In many ways, 2020 has kept us all looking through windows, hoping, wishing, praying, & dreaming for something new & better…
The question is, will you open that window should an opportunity present itself? Or will you pull the shade and ignore it?
Have a great Monday everyone!
